Task and project: Are you ready to enhance your task management process! in this update no one can be able to edit the custom status, if there is any task or project dependable to that status. Tasks and projects often follow a structured workflow where certain depends on the completion or status of previous tasks. If the status is changed while dependent tasks or projects are still pending, it can disrupt the flow and create confusion. Preventing edits helps to avoid Miscommunication, Ensures Accurate Reporting and Minimizes Risks of Incomplete Tasks. 

Customer settings: In this update new settings have been introduced in customer settings which help you to make the customer mobile number field mandatory and if it is not necessary, we can also be able to make it optional. so that you will be able to change the setting according to the business requirements.

This leads to more accurate documentation and fewer issues related to incorrect billing or service details and with this staff can create and send proposals, estimates, invoices, and credit notes more quickly. This reduces the manual effort required and allows teams to focus on higher-value tasks, increasing overall productivity. 

Items: In this update we have introduced an attachments section in the item's module. It allows businesses to store documents or images related to the specific item. This plays a vital role in enhancing teamwork and improving customer satisfaction. when a attachments are added to items, team members can easily share important files, fostering collaboration between departments and the team members can upload new documents and update existing ones, ensure that everyone is working with the most up-to-date information. 

Proposal and estimate: This update made in the proposal and estimate helps you to give the proposal and estimate based on the information entered in the custom field. You can determine which custom field should be considered as proposal and estimate id. Exclusive updates on mobile application: 

In the mobile application new update has been rolled out in the leads and customer module. while we create a new lead or customer, by just entering the customers country it will automatically bring the country code along with that country's flag in the phone number creation field also you can make one country as default country according to your business requirements.
