Enhancement in calendar:   

Are you missing out on important dates or events? No worries now you will be able to see how many days to go for the event. ones you scheduled any important events on a particular date, it shows how many days were remaining for that event. This acts as an effective reminder for you because it gives you a clear update about when the event is going to happen. so that you never miss out on any events which helps you to ensure smooth operation of your business activities.  

Updates on filters:  

leads: In the leads module a new filter has been introduced which helps you filter the leads which are not checked in over the period. Potential customers are the key to business success, with this update you can be able to identify the leads which are not met in-person by our executive for a particular period. By identifying that you will be able to Maximize your Sales Opportunities, Improve Lead Management and Prevent Revenue Loss.   

Leads and customers: This new filter is introduced in both leads and customer module, with this new feature you can be able to filter all the leads and customers by which staff they have been created and you can able to see the profile of the created member in the list page of the leads and customer. by Knowing who created a lead fosters accountability. The creator of the lead can take ownership of the follow-up process, ensuring that the lead is nurtured and managed effectively. 

Staff report: 

In staff reports you can be able to access the overall report of the staff in up to one month. Now you can be able to see the staff reports for this week, last week, this month and last month. With this update you can have a deep insight into the overall activities of all staff and their reports for up to one month. By this you will be able to effectively monitor the performance of the staff, Efficient Resource Management and Employee Development. 

Enhancement in customer module:   

In the customer module now, you can be able to see the primary contact information of the customers like the name of the customer, mobile number and email in the customer list page itself. Showing this information directly on the list page in a CRM system offers several practical advantages like Quick Access to Key Information, Streamlined Communication, Enhanced Customer Experience and Simplified Follow-Up Process.  

New updates on sales module:  

Proposal: In this update we have introduced an activity log for the proposal so that you can be able to track each, and every activity done for that proposal and by whom these activities have been done. Showing activity logs helps to Enhances Transparency, Improved Collaboration and enhance Error Tracking and Correction. so that it helps to ensure a smooth sales process throughout the customer's journey.  

Invoice: In the invoice now, you can able the see the amount due yet to be paid in the list page itself. If your customer has missed the payment deadline the due amount will be marked red in color. Showing the amount due and highlighting overdue amounts makes it easier to identify outstanding payments, enabling the business to prioritize follow-ups. This can significantly improve cash flow by reducing the time it takes to collect overdue payments. 

Proposal, estimates and invoice: In this new update while we create a proposal and converted into an estimate, with proposal id will be shown in that estimate and if we convert that estimate into invoice, then with both estimate id and proposal id will be shown in that invoice. by showing this data as reference helps you to Enhance Tracking and Organizing, Improved Accuracy in Financial Reconciliation, Better Customer Service and Enhance Reporting and Analysis.                

Enhancement in check-in reports:  

Staff report: In the check-in report now, you can see the name of the staff in the reports, and you can be able to redirect to the staff profile ones when we click on the staff name. Displaying the staff name and allowing it to be redirected to the staff profile in the check-in report helps you to instantly access the staff profile, which provides a comprehensive overview of that employee’s performance, history, and other relevant data. This quick access is valuable for making informed decisions without needing to navigate through multiple screens and in the group of staff now you can be able to access the monthly check-in report for all the staff. 

Assignee report: In customer and lead assignee in check-in report in view in maps you can able see the check in details of the respected staff for whom the staff has been assigned as a customer and lead assignee by this you can able to identify the customers or lead already meet by that staff member and the customers or lead still not meet by the particular staff member for a particular period. The check-in will show green in color if the staff member already visited that customer or lead. if the customer or lead still not yet meet by the staff member the check-in will be shown as red in color this helps you to Improve Customer and lead Engagement, Enhance Sales Strategy and Increase Customer Satisfaction 

Staff report and Assignee report: Earlier in view in map option the check-in location shown based on the customer location. Now in this new update in view in maps, the check-in will be shown accurately where the staff member meets that customer. Showing the accurate location offers several significant advantages, especially for businesses that rely on field operations, such as sales teams, service technicians etc. it helps you to Improve Accountability and Transparency. 

Security enhancement: 

In this updates reCAPTCHA has been introduced in the login page, tickets and capture lead form reCAPTCHA helps protect websites from automated bots that can engage in malicious activities such as spam, data scraping, or brute force attacks. By filtering out non-human traffic, it reduces the risk of security breaches. this update helps to Enhance Security, Improve User Experience and Reduces Spam. 

Exclusive updates for mobile application:  

In our mobile application new URLs have been included in the login page of the mobile application. With these links a user can be able to access the terms and conditions page, privacy policies, frequently asked questions, and General Data Protection Regulation. By this the user can be able to have a deep understanding of the CRM application and how it works.
