Updates made in dashboard:  

In the dashboard a new feature has been introduced which is mail summary. In mail summary you can be able to see the number of unread mails and number of total mails in the inbox separately for both customers and leads and it also shows the percentage of mails still not yet opened. By clicking that you can be able to directly access the mails. Displaying the unread mail counts provides immediate visibility into communication needs. This helps teams prioritize follow-ups and ensures that important messages aren't overlooked. 

Enhancement made in customer module:  

In customer module a new settings has been introduced which helps you to make the branch field required or not required while creating a customer according to your business requirements and next, if in case a particular customer location were not added in CRM, Now the non admin has the privilege to add the location details of that customer. But after adding the location the system won't let the non-admin to edit the location detail of the customer without the permission of the admin. By permitting non-admin users to input location data helps you to ensure the information is captured in real-time and potentially increases accuracy. Because the non-admin users, especially those who are in sales or customer service, may have direct knowledge of customer locations.  

Enhancements made in filters: 

Customer: Now in the customers module you can be able to filter the inactive customers separately based on the period. You can filter the inactive customers for yesterday, last week, last month, last 3 months, last 6 months, last 12 months, last year and by period. Having a separate view for inactive customers can help to streamline workflows for teams, making it easier to manage follow-up tasks or re-engagement initiatives. 

Updates on task module:  

In the task module two new settings have been introduced which help you to make the task description required or not required. When it is required the description field will become a mandatory field, without description you cannot save the task and if you made it as a not required you can be able to create task without adding the description. Making the task description required or optional in a CRM system can significantly impact user experience, data quality, and task management efficiency and now the non-admin cannot add other staff to the task without the permission of the admin. the admin only has the privilege to give permission to non-admin to add other staff into the task. 

Updates made in the sales module: 

Now you can be able to directly add items to the item module from the creation page of proposal, estimate, invoice and credit note itself, the added item will directly reflect in the item module. Adding items directly from proposal, estimate, invoice and credit note helps the business to Streamlines the workflow by reducing the number of steps needed to enter data. This saves time and minimizes interruptions, and it helps to increase Efficiency, Accuracy and Increases Customer Satisfaction. 

Proposal and estimate: From this update you can able to cancel the proposals which are created and no action performed for that proposals and to cancel it, the proposal should not have any on-going task and it should not be converted into estimate, ones it converted to estimate, the proposal can't be canceled and we can also cancel the estimate which are directly created from the estimate module. The estimates which are converted from the proposal and the estimate which are converted to invoice cannot be cancelled and there should be no ongoing task for that estimate.   

Expenses:  

This update made in expenses module helps you to determine a person in your organization who is responsible for approving or declining expenses. The person who is responsible is permitted to approve or reject expenses. Only after the approval of the concerned person the expenses will proceed for further action. This helps the business to maintain budget control by ensuring that only authorized personnel can approve expenditures, preventing overspending.
