This guide will help ensure that every call is logged, searchable, and actionable. 

To enable call logging in Dovyo CRM, the mobile application requires Contact, Call Log, and Phone permissions for accurate tracking and association of call details. 

Enable Call Sync on Your Mobile Application 

Follow the steps below to sync your mobile phone call data with the CRM: 

Step 1: On the Dashboard, tap the Book icon located at the top right corner. 

Step 2: When the new page opens, tap Enable to start syncing. Your contacts will now begin to sync with the CRM automatically.

Note:  Sync your recent calls and see only leads, customers, or staff already saved in your CRM. No unknown numbers or personal contacts will be synced. Get a clean, searchable call book with CRM context built in which is updated automatically in the background. 

Verifying Call Log Permissions 

To verify the call log permission, click on 'Summary' on the page. Confirm that call log access is enabled. If disabled, follow the steps above to enable it.

Process 1 – Check and Re-enable App Permissions 

If you're facing issues accessing call logs or contacts, it may be due to missing or disabled app permissions. Follow the steps below to verify and re-enable the required permissions: 

Step 1: Verify App Permissions 

  • Open your device's Settings. 

  • Navigate to Apps or Applications. 

  • Locate and select the Dovyo CRM app. 

  • Tap on Permissions. 

  •  Make sure Contacts and Call Logs (or Phone) permissions are enabled. 

Step 2: Re-enable Permission (If Already Granted) 

If the permission was previously granted but isn’t working correctly, resetting it may resolve the issues. Disable contacts and call log permissions in mobile application. Them restart your device and re-enable both permissions. 

Step 3: Clear Cache (Optional) 

  • Open Settings > Apps > dovyo CRM. 

  • Tap Storage & cache. 

  • Select Clear cache. 

Step 4: Update the App (Optional) 

Visit the Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS). Check for updates and install if available. Ensure you are always using the latest version. 

Step 5: Reinstall the App (Optional) 

If issues persist, Uninstall the app and restart your device. Reinstall the app from play store and grant permissions when prompted.

To ensure accurate call log reporting in dovyo CRM, enable the AutoStart option for essential applications. Ensure that Dovyo CRM has the required AutoStart and background permissions enabled to maintain consistent, real-time updates and seamless performance.
